I still own a pristine copy of this cartridge and a SNES to play it on. It has long been a favorite of my younger brother and is still one of our fiercest head-to-head battle games.

Earlier this year I interviewed for a position with Microsoft, so I thought it would be kind of fun to make a non-traditional cover page for my résumé. I discovered that the Metro/Modern UI doesn’t work nearly as well on paper as it does on a screen. Oh well! It was a fun little project.

The cracked version is nearly identical to the real thing except for one detail… Initially we thought about telling them their copy is an illegal copy, but instead we didn’t want to pass up the unique opportunity of holding a mirror in front of them and showing them what piracy can do to game developers.
